PCS Partners, Associates and Consultants are psychologists, neuropsychologists, psychiatrists and social workers with extensive clinical and forensic experience. Our expertise is psychological assessment of family, legal, educational, and personnel matters facing individuals of all ages. We are trained and licensed at the highest level of independent practice. We are knowledgeable about mental health issues within the legal system and have considerable experience providing expert testimony in criminal, juvenile, and civil courts. While we each have our own areas of expertise, we collaborate on cases, as needed, to provide comprehensive evaluations and recommendations.

What We Do

PCS provides highly specialized evaluations and expert testimony in cases that are court-involved or have the potential for involvement in adversarial proceedings. Expert testimony is provided in both civil and criminal proceedings. PCS offers an extensive array of assessments such as competency and criminal responsibility, civil commitment, custody and visitation, fitness for duty, pre-employment screening, neuropsychological evaluation, guardianship and parental fitness, sexual dangerousness, and risk assessment for violence.

We also provide consultation to attorneys, the courts, schools and colleges, day and residential treatment programs, inpatient psychiatry services, corrections and law enforcement, particularly on difficult or challenging cases. All of the services available from PCS can be tailored to specific situations, and we will work with you from the start to set realistic goals, budgets, and schedules.
